What is Express Order ?

Express Orders are processed same day night after payments credited to our account, but you have to pay Extra Fee of 1.5% or USD 2 (Two) which ever is higher. For First time customer Buy Express order is allowed only for cash deposit.

What is the minimum amount I can Trade with your company ?

We do not accept orders for less than USD 50 in any E-currency. Some times we accept USD 30 to 49.99 orders but they carry additional processing fee of 10% to cover our processing time cost.

I am a repeat customer, Can I deposit to your bank account direct used in previous order ?

Strictly NO. We allocate Bank account for every order manually, If you depsoit to our bank account without asking us you will forfiet the amount.

What is the Process for E-Currencies Purchase ?

There are few simple steps that you have to follow -

1. Place a Buy order at the site.

2. Our staff will check your order and send you payment details via email to make payments.

3. After the payment is made, You need to send us one of the following payment proof via Email depending on the mode of payment.

Cash Deposit - Deposit Slip Scanned copy.

4. We will verify your payment and send your e-currency to your account based on details given in the Order Form. Processing time will depend on the type of Order you choose Normal (Next Day Processing) or Express order (Same Day Processing).
