Advertiser Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for participating as a advertiser of CashForAction.com. Please read these Terms of Membership carefully before signing up for our Program.
- Advertiser must have a valid e-mail address to join our program.
- Advertiser Order will be processed after payment is received.
- Advertiser represent and warrant that none of the content You provide for advertising infringes upon any third party's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) or is defamatory, libelous, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.
- CashForAction.com reserves the right to deem any content or Web site inappropriate based on reasonable Internet business standards as they may evolve.
- Cashforaction.com will track critical information regarding Clicks. Based on this information, Cashforaction.com will provide You with informational reports and analyses. All statistics kept by Cashforaction.com are considered final.
- Cashforaction.com does not collect information about an Advertiser's customer's transactions, other than what it receives through the installed tracking code. Cashforaction.com reserves the right to be able to utilize this data in aggregate to analyze Service trends, monitor Service efficiencies, and for such other uses as Cashforaction.com deems appropriate, including the promotion of Service capabilities and efficiencies. However, Cashforaction.com will not disclose publicly or on its web site, any of Your data separately, or in a manner that would enable anyone to identify such data with You, unless Cashforaction.com is under compulsion of law.
- The following types of Web sites are not allowed to participate in the Service: Web sites, or Links to Web sites, that contain content that is or promotes, libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or Web sites, or Links to Web sites, that offer any illegal good or service. As Cashforaction.com may not review all information provided by You, You shall remain solely responsible for Your content and Web site.
- Upon request, You must provide Cashforaction.com with reasonable and valid substantiation for any advertising claims You make in your links or on your Web site.
- Cashforaction.com reserves the right to modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service.
- Cashforaction.com will make reasonable commercial efforts to keep its Web site operational during normal business hours. However, certain technical difficulties may, from time to time, result in temporary service interruptions. Advertiser agree and acknowledge that it is normal to have a certain amount of system downtime and agree not to hold Cashforaction.com liable for any of the consequences of such interruptions.
